Executive Director
Ame is a 28-year-old mixed-race, neurodivergent, queer, intersex trans masc Cubane survivor with a deep commitment to community health and justice. Ame holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and an M.P.H. in Epidemiology. He currently works at the Center for HIV and Research in Mental Health at the University of Miami, supporting efforts to end the HIV epidemic in South Florida and beyond. Ame plans to build accountable, care-centered networks throughout South Florida.

Luna Plaza is a 21-year-old Vietnamese, Indigenous, Latin, queer, and disabled student activist and survivor. She began organizing in high school, focusing on direct action, harm reduction, and mutual aid to support marginalized communities. Now a college student, Luna is committed to advancing accessibility and mental health care rooted in intersectionality and transformative justice. She believes healing is essential to collective liberation and that none of us are free until all of us are.

Kolton Womack is a 23 year old African American, gay man. He currently graduated with a Finance Bachelor’s at Florida International University (FIU) and was the Treasurer for FIU’s Pride Student Union where he helps manage their funds.

Internal Affairs Director
Isha is a 27-year-old Indian, demisexual, pansexual, neurodivergent trans woman and survivor. She holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity at Florida International University on a student visa. Isha also served as Communications Director and as President for FIU’s Pride Student Union. Deeply committed to uplifting QTPOC communities, she advocates for anti-racism and inclusion in queer spaces.

Communications Director
Chukwudumebi (Amore Black) is a 24-year-old trans, Black nurse, artist, survivor, and activist committed to dismantling systemic oppression and fostering community healing. Radicalized after surviving police sexual violence at 12, their work spans from grassroots food distribution and COVID-19 relief to founding The Love Project, a mutual aid fund for Black individuals, and the Black Girl Book Club, celebrating Black women’s voices and history. Through all their work, Amore centers healing, justice, and collective liberation.
